Yes I do. I have a 2 hour time block/service charge minimum. That amount = $240.00.

I accept credit/debit, ACH, and checks. Payment is typically due at completion for small jobs, with milestone payments for larger projects as outlined in your proposal.

• I do not perform major structural changes, roofing, foundation work, or any trade work that requires a separate licensed specialist such as full HVAC or major electrical panel upgrades. If it’s outside my lane, I’ll tell you and can often refer you.

I can supply most standard materials and hardware, or install client-provided fixtures and products as long as they’re appropriate for the job. We’ll confirm this before scheduling.

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Short-notice cancellations will most likely incur a fee to cover reserved time and planning.
