For $199 I'll walk your home with you for about an hour and tell you exactly what I'm seeing — what needs attention now, what can wait and what you can stop worrying about. No inflated scope, no manufactured urgency. Just a licensed Colorado GC giving you an honest read on your house.

If you hire me for the work, the $199 comes off your first invoice of $350 or more.

What to expect: One hour at your home. I'll walk every area you're concerned about plus anything I notice along the way. You'll leave with a clear priority list and real numbers — not a vague estimate designed to get me in the door.
